Welcome

As of 05.09.2022, our clinical staff have reached their caseload capacities and we will not be accepting any prospective client inquiries. We appreciate you taking the time to learn more about us, but we want to make sure we foster an environment that reinforces work/life balance.

Services We Provide:

Specialized Behavioral/Disability Support Services

Specific service names for therapeutic services depend on the funding source:

Behavioral Support (BES) or Behavior Therapy

Support service provided to participants enrolled in the HCS or CLASS Medicaid waiver programs. Behavioral Support can only be provided by an appropriately-credentialed provider, like a BCBA; behavior technicians or behavior assistants are not qualified to work with clients through these 2 programs. Here is a list of the agencies with whom we are contracted:

CLASS

  • Bee First Primary Care
  • Disability Services of the Southwest (DSSW)

HCS

  • ABBA Unlimited
  • Draco Services
  • Kenmar Residential HCS

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy)

Autism-specific therapy covered through private insurance funding, sometimes also called Adaptive Behavior Treatment. Most private insurance companies allow direct therapy services to be provided by either the BCBA solely OR by a behavior technician or behavior assistant under the supervision of (and training by) a BCBA. Here is a list of the carriers with whom we are in-network:

  • BCBSTX (if not administered by Magellan)
  • Evernorth (formerly Cigna)
  • Magellan
  • United Healthcare/Optum Health

Medicaid ABA therapy

ABA therapy funding is provided for children under 20 through the Texas STAR or STAR KIDS Texas Medicaid Autism Services benefit. Just like private insurance coverage, direct therapy services can be provided by a BCBA solely OR by a behavior technician/assistant. Here is a list of the Medicaid carriers with whom we are in-network:

  • BCBSTX/Magellan
  • Superior
  • Baylor Scott & White
  • Dell Children's/Magellan
  • Amerigroup

Other Behavioral Services

  • Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE)** - special education assessments (called FBAs) paid for by the school district per the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act (IDEA)
  • Satori Alternatives to Managing Aggression (SAMA) training - targeted training program on risk management of aggressive behavior

We are more than happy to provide - and have quite a bit of experience with providing - services in and/or collaborate with public and private schools.

However, it is important to note that no matter how collaborative we may be, the Districts have the final say. Some Districts are more collaborative than others; you can ask our Behavior Analysts about school services for more specific details.

**Ms. Stephanie & Ms. Suzy have conducted special education Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) behavioral assessments for students in local Districts and are always willing to contract with a school District (or family) in need of this service for a student.**
